Do your best to stay away from high fructose corn syrup. You may see it named as corn sugar, which should also be refrained from. Many companies put high fructose corn syrup in place of refined sugar. The problem is that the ingredient is horrible for your body, especially when you see it in very high quantities, which is easy since most foods have it. When you eat too much high fructose corn syrup, you can do a number of bad things to your body, and that's why you need to keep from eating it.

Workout the various parts of your body. A few people think all they have to do is lift weights once in a while to stay healthy. Not true, you need more than that. Your whole body needs a good workout in order to remain healthy. The best workout involves, strength, endurance and cardiovascular training. It seems like a lot but there are ways that you can work all of that into a single thirty minute workout. Trust me it's worth the effort to be healthy. There are all sorts of things that you can do to stay healthy and fit. You can still have what you want without putting yourself through hell. You can feel better about your workout without inconveniencing yourself a bit. Choose to live the way you want your body to feel to get healthy and fit. Make the hard decisions smart ones. Get up off the couch. It's easy from there.
